What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. This policy also covers similar technologies such as your browser’s local storage, which works in the same way. We refer to all of them as “cookies”.
Under the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we only use cookies that are strictly necessary without asking. Everything else stays off until you choose to allow it.
Your choices
When you first visit, you can accept all, reject all or manage preferences by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and no optional category is switched on in advance. We keep your choice for 12 months, then ask again.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time.

Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: needed for the site to work, such as remembering your cookie choice. Always on.
- Functional: remember settings you pick, such as light or dark mode. Off unless you allow it.
- Analytics: help us understand how the site is used. Off unless you allow it.
- Marketing: measure advertising and show relevant ads. Off unless you allow it.

Third-party services
- Fonts: our typefaces are hosted on our own server, so no third party receives your IP address when they load.
- Website forms: our forms send what you type to HubSpot, our CRM provider, so our team can reply. We do not load HubSpot’s tracking code, so submitting a form does not set HubSpot cookies.
- Calendly: when you click “Schedule a Free Consultation”, you go to Calendly’s site, which has its own cookie policy.
- Chat assistant: our AI chat assistant does not set cookies. Messages you type are used only to answer you. If you ask the assistant to book a call, the name, email, company and topic you give are sent to our team to arrange it, and the booking link opens Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, we can’t remember your cookie choice and will ask again on each visit. Guidance: ico.org.uk/for-the-public/online/cookies.
