About these terms
These terms apply when you use the PNWIRE website, platform or services. They form a contract between you and The Digital Academy Ltd, which operates the PNWIRE (pnwire) platform and also trades as Premium NewsWire. The Digital Academy Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14083224, with its registered office at 10 Winnipeg Drive, Green Street Green, Orpington, Kent BR6 6NW, United Kingdom. Email: info@premiumnewswire.com.
By creating an account, requesting a free visibility check, subscribing, or approving a campaign, you agree to these terms. Our services are intended for businesses, startups and organisations, not consumers acting for personal purposes. If you are using PNWIRE on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Our services
PNWIRE provides a digital intelligence and credibility platform (sector signals, a Digital Visibility Score and rankings, AI recommendations and a Visibility Action Centre) and related services, including press release distribution, press release writing, micro-influencer campaigns, sponsored media placements and technical visibility improvements.
The platform is in early access. Features, limits and prices may change while we develop it, and we will tell you about material changes before they affect a paid plan.
Your content and your responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you submit, upload or share through PNWIRE, including text, press releases, images, photographs, video, audio, logos, graphics, links, data, quotes and claims. The Digital Academy Ltd does not create, endorse or verify the content you provide and is not responsible for it, for any loss arising from it, or for any claim that it is inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or infringes anyone’s rights.
Before you submit or approve any content, you confirm that:
- you own it or have all the rights, licences and permissions needed to use and publish it, including for every image, video, logo, piece of music and quotation;
- you have the consent of every identifiable person who appears in images or video, and of anyone quoted;
- it is accurate, not misleading, and you hold evidence for every factual, comparative, financial, environmental or “#1”-type claim it makes;
- it does not infringe any copyright, trade mark, privacy, confidentiality or other right, and is not defamatory, unlawful, discriminatory or harmful;
- it complies with all laws and codes that apply to it, including the UK CAP Code and consumer protection law, financial promotion rules, market-disclosure rules and embargoes;
- any paid partnership, sponsorship or advertising is clearly disclosed, and any AI-generated or altered image, video or text is disclosed where it could mislead.
Where our team writes, edits or proofreads content for you, or our AI agents suggest changes, you must review and approve the final version before it is published or distributed. Once you approve it, it is treated as your content and the responsibilities above apply to it.
You agree to indemnify The Digital Academy Ltd against any claims, losses, damages, fines, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your content or from your breach of this section.
Permission to use your content
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, format, adapt (for example resizing images or adding metadata), translate where requested, and distribute your content to the outlets, partners and platforms in your chosen service, and to show it in our newsroom, features and archives.
Review, refusal and removal
We may review any content against our Editorial Guidelines. We may ask for changes or evidence, delay publication, or refuse or remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or the guidelines, or exposes anyone to legal risk. Our review is not legal advice and does not make us responsible for your content.
Once content has been distributed, third-party outlets, partners and search engines control their own copies. We will pass on reasonable removal requests but cannot guarantee removal from third-party sites.
No guaranteed results
We distribute your content to the outlets and networks in the service you choose. Whether an independent journalist writes about you, and any reach, engagement, sales, rankings or Visibility Score change, depends on factors outside our control and is not guaranteed.
Visibility Scores, rankings, signals and AI recommendations are produced from data we can observe and are provided for information only. They are not financial, legal or investment advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.
Plans, fees and payment
Free visibility check (Seed): free of charge. Intelligence plans (Sapling and Canopy) are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Action Centre services are priced in each recommendation, and the price is shown before you approve. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated.
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; it ends at the end of the current billing period. Fees for a campaign or distribution become non-refundable once work or distribution has started, except where the law requires otherwise or we fail to provide the service.
AI agents
PNWIRE uses AI agents to monitor signals, suggest recommendations, check drafts and estimate prices. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Agents suggest; they do not publish, book or spend money without your approval.
Our intellectual property
The PNWIRE name and logo, the platform, website design, software, reports and our own content belong to The Digital Academy Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the platform.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, The Digital Academy Ltd is not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your content or from the actions of third-party outlets, partners, creators or platforms. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and, for material changes to a paid plan, tell you in advance.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
